- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just got diagnosed with a complex cyst on my kidney, was a prior patient of one of the doctors here yet the staff would not book me an appointment because all of their doctors are booked up until late September or early October. Was going to see a PA but I really prefer to see a Urologist to find out if I have cancer or not. My MRI is within a week so I cannot wait 3 months to discuss my options - very poor first line of business. You lose patients doing this - I've since booked an appointment for next week with Womens and Brighams Urology Department. I'm only not giving a one star because the doctor I did see here previously was excellent, but certainly not worth waiting 3 critical months to see.October 16, 2017by Maureen Redhead
